Where can we ship to? How much does shipping cost?

Except products in Germany Warehouse, all products are shipped from China mainland.We ship to the most Europe countries and USA, shipping costs are based on country and the total products weight, you can add products to the cart to get shipping costs.

Where do we ship from and how long does it take to ship?

Except products in Germany Warehouse,most orders are shipped from Shenzhen China, we usually ship within 1~5 working days (based on your order quantity), after you complete payment for your order, you will receive an email notification after we ship.

How long does the shipping take?

It depends on your country,

Germany ---- 8-12 working days

Netherland,Italy,France,Spain,Poland ---- 10-15 working days

for other countries, it may take 20 days.

You can see the delivery time in the “cart” and  “checkout” page, it is displayed behind the shipping channel and usually 80% of the orders will arrive within the time we pre-set.
